On both sides of the stairs in this beautiful garden of a villa in Slovakia both plant mats and vegetation mats were applied. This vegetation was selected because of the minimal chance of weed growth, so little maintenance is required for the green next to the stairs. The white concrete stairway offers a nice contrast with the surrounding vegetation.
