As part of the Masterplan ‘South East Agglomeration Namen’ architects Buro 5 developed the apartment complex ‘Les Jardins de Baseilles’ with 77 condos and 19 shops.
Fostering biodiversity
The roof gardens of the houses are equipped with Sempergreen Sedum-Grass-Herbs blankets. These vegetation mats contribute to the promotion of biodiversity. Thus, the living space of bees, butterflies and insects is preserved, despite the construction of a new complex.
