Sempergreen China has installed tens of meters of green facades at the Yichang Road in Shanghai. The green wall starts at the intersection with a camber, in which a beautiful wavy pattern is arranged within the plant scheme. Subsequently, the green facade is applied as green frame around historical images, giving Yichang Road a both historic and green appearance.
Improving air quality
For the planting of these green walls a mix of tropical plants is selected that are suitable for the hot climate of Shanghai. The plants provide a purification of the air by reducing levels of CO2 and particulate matter and thus contribute to improving the air quality of this metropolis.
