The construction of the new roundabout in Culpeper was part of a major road construction project at the Colonel Jameson Boulevard in the US state of Virginia. Sempergreen USA has given the roundabout of a direct-green appearance by applying Sedum-mix blankets, with a total area of 8,150 sq. ft.
